Job DetailsDescriptionOverview:We are currently seeking a sharp, skilled and motivated Service Electrician to assist in the development of the Service Department through excellent customer service and meeting client needs relating to performing electrical duties.Compensation for this Role: $36.00 - $50.00 per hourCompany service van provided!ResponsibilitiesTreat client with high level of respect and work to develop a partnershipInvestigate and problem solve to determine the most efficient way to install changes to existing servicePerform electrical work alone or with others making individual judgment calls in the field prior to contacting Service ManagersDetermine client needs and most effective way to meet themEstimate amount of time and material to complete service tasksCommunicate with Service Manager on a frequent basis regarding scheduling and work in progressObtain and order commodity materialWork well around building owners and tenantsMeet NEC/NFPA 70E standardsCommunicate with vendors, Service Managers to assure jobs are completed within scope and budgetMust be flexible with hours, shifts and geographic locations with reasonable noticeOn-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 2 weeks every 3 monthsWork is performed throughout the state and possibly beyondResponsible to make sure company vehicle is properly cleaned and maintainedRequirementsColorado Journeyman Electrician LicenseAt least one year of construction leadership / foreman experience or demonstrated experience in making decisions regarding layout and planningCommercial service experience requiredAcceptable Motor Vehicle RecordDriver's LicensePhysical RequirementsDrivingSittingClimbingLifting (up to 50 lbs)StandingStoopingVision acuity (near and far without color deficiencies)WalkingBenefitsEncore Electric provides excellent benefits for our employees, including: medical, dental, and vision plans, disability, and life insurance, employee-matched 401(k), paid time off (PTO), an employee assistance program that includes counseling, legal, and financial advice.
