As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of product quality and regulatory compliance. Your role involves supporting manufacturing and servicing operations through meticulous problem-solving investigations and precise product acceptance testing. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will directly impact our ability to deliver safe and effective products.
Responsibilities
Support production line investigations, driving problem-solving activities to maintain product integrity.
Conduct in-process and final QC product acceptance testing, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.
Investigate production line interruptions, implementing effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Identify and meticulously document product and process non-conformances, contributing to continuous improvement.
Participate in Material Review Board meetings, processing non-conformance reports to maintain quality standards.
Review Device History Records, facilitating batch record release for timely product distribution.
Input and retrieve quality data from local and global systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Execute calibration activities and environmental monitoring processes, maintaining accurate records for compliance.
Qualifications
Required Skills
High school diploma or GED with at least three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing or repair setting, including technical production tasks.
Associate's Degree with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing or repair environment, demonstrating proficiency in technical production tasks.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with electrical wiring in a testing capacity.
Proficiency in using various measuring tools for precise quality checks.
Exceptional visual acuity for detailed hands-on inspections.
