Role: Oracle Unifier/DeveloperType: 9+ month contractHybrid: Dover, Delaware - hybrid (onsite required 2-3 days per week)Our client is seeking a contractual experienced Oracle Unifier Product Specialist/Developer for their client in Dover, Delaware. This position will be responsible for performing the complete SDLC for an innovative and advanced Oracle Unifier application platform and architecture from analysis, and requirements, design, coding, through implementation and ongoing enhancements and support. Once the individual is selected, and they have had onboarding, and have proven independence, this position could be hybrid (onsite required 2-3 days per week) It is anticipated that this position would be a longer-term assignment with a 37.5-hour work week.DutiesCreate and maintain user/group administration and access control.Provide user and system support, troubleshooting and resolution of Unifier, user, and interfacing system issues.Work with technology and business teams to identify or assist in gathering requirements for ongoing Unifier system, business, and user experience improvement.Learn and understand the business processes associated with supported applications.Effectively interact, collaborate and communicate with clients/internal stake holders at all levels to understand the business requirements to conclude the blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support and continuous enhancements of the Unifier system and the Project integration framework (PIF).Design, develop, maintain, and implement data structure and mapping, including utilizing Project Integrated Framework (PIF) to integrate with Unifier and external applications.Effectively Design, Develop, configure, modify, implement, and maintain Unifier solutions to meet business requirements while complying with state standards and Oracle methodologies and best practices.Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable bug free code quickly and efficiently.Identify and correct bugs and provide continuous improvement on application performance, responsiveness, functionality, and exceptional user experience.Research, assess and provide accurate level of effort needed to address support and enhancement tasks.Create or enhance Unifier business processes (BP's), forms, shells, workflows from scratch and templates.Developing test use cases, create automated test scripts, and conduct full system testing to ensure system and data interfaces are functioning as expected.Ensure successful implementation of new functionality, change requests, version updates, data migration, and data integrity.Managing and maintaining source code repositories, builds, and deploys.Setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) document management system.Provide and maintain user and system documentation.Provide detailed status reports to manager.Documentation of system and business requirements as well as Technical and user documentation.Develop and support .NET and Appeon PowerBuilder applications as needed.This position requires the individual to be able to perform these functions with minimal or no supervision.Skills/Education And ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Unifier, Including Unifier user administration, business processes, forms, shells, workflows from scratch and templates.Minimum 2 years of experience in designing, developing and maintaining Project Integrated Framework (PIF), data mapping, and integrations with Unifier and external applications.Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Unifier web services and APIs/Integrations.Minimum 3 years of experience with WCF-Windows Communication foundation Framework for building service-oriented applications.Minimum 3 years of experience developing in .NET Core 2.2 or higherMinimum 3 years of experience with Application servers like Oracle WebLogic / Oracle Fusion Middleware / Tomcat.
