Location: Fairview, OR (Onsite)Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base + 20% target bonusOverviewThe IT Vendor & Financial Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, and vendor management across the IT organization. This role partners closely with IT leadership and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, cost control, and financial transparency while maximizing value from technology vendors and contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage IT budgets, forecasts, and variance analysisTrack IT spend across software, hardware, cloud, and servicesIdentify cost optimization and efficiency opportunitiesSupport vendor contracts, renewals, invoicing, and compliancePrepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and dashboardsCollaborate with IT, Finance, and project teams on financial planning and analysisQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field3+ years of experience in IT finance, FP&A, or vendor managementStrong Excel and financial modeling skillsExperience with IT procurement processesJD Edwards experience preferredTiming is everything.
