Recognized as a Best Place to Work for 19 years, KLR is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation.Due to growth, we are seeking an Audit Supervisor to join our office in Boston, MA, or Andover, MA on a flexible hybrid basis.Our work spans a diverse client base, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, life sciences, retail, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. In addition to core audit work, the team also handles 100+ employee benefit plan (EBP) audits, along with select due diligence, projection, agreed-upon procedures (AUP), and review engagements.Job Responsibilities:Lead and execute diversified accounting and auditing engagements with an emphasis on for-profit and some nonprofit clients across designated industries, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to engagement timelines.Apply advanced technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and firm methodology to assess risk, design audit procedures, and resolve complex accounting and reporting matters.Participate in engagement planning, including risk assessment, staffing, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure efficient and effective execution.Review and evaluate workpapers, prepare financial statements, and related reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards and firm policies.Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach.Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring engagements are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the firm's quality standards.Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's preferredCPA licensed or actively pursuing certification highly preferred4+ years of recent public accounting experience; for-profit and nonprofit experience preferredStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAASExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility and willingness to travel to client sites as neededAt KLR, your career, and your life outside of work, matter. Individual salaries within this range do not include benefits and bonus potential, and are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.$90,000.00 - $120,000.00
