Now Hiring: Golf Shop Staff – 2026 Golf Season We are seeking full-time and part-time staff members to join our golf shop team for the 2026 golf season (April through October). Candidates should possess the following skills and qualities: Strong customer service skills Previous experience in hospitality or retail preferred Neat, professional appearance and demeanor Friendly and approachable personality Basic computer skills Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and punctual – strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in an often fast-paced setting Cooperate well with other staff members Familiarity with the game of golf (preferred but not required) Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Must have housing secured, not available through Eagle Bend GC Position Details: Shifts and days off vary based on golf club activities Weekend shifts may be required Seasonal position: April through October Process customer reservations for members of the golf club Provide customer service to arriving members and their guests to help expedite check-in process Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed Become familiar with shop merchandise and share knowledgeably with customers Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Employee Benefits: Friendly, supportive work environment Access to enjoy the golf course during non-peak hours 50% discount on shift meals Retail discount Compensation: Hourly rate, $18/hour+, based on experience How to Apply: Interested applicants should submit a cover letter and resume to renee@golfmt.com.
