In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise in retail automotive sales, develop strategic sales pipelines, and foster strong relationships with clients. Your multilingual abilities and exceptional communication skills will empower you to connect with diverse customer bases, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue growth. As a key leader, you will oversee inventory management, implement effective marketing strategies, and support dealership operations to ensure a seamless sales experience.DutiesLead and motivate the automotive sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets through coaching, training, and performance management.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand the customer base, increase high-end vehicle sales, and optimize the sales pipeline.Engage in outside sales activities including cold calling, outbound sales calls, and B2B negotiations to generate new business opportunities.Manage dealership inventory control, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations to ensure optimal stock levels and profitability.Utilize CRM software to track leads, customer interactions, deal progressions, and follow-ups; maintain accurate records of all sales activities.Conduct persuasive public speaking engagements and presentations to promote vehicle features, financing options, and dealership services.Upsell additional products such as warranties or accessories to enhance customer value while meeting dealership revenue goals.Oversee customer service standards by ensuring excellent phone etiquette, effective communication skills, and personalized support throughout the sales process.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing customers.Support inventory control efforts by coordinating with suppliers, managing stock levels, and analyzing retail math data for strategic decision-making.Other duties as assignedExperienceProven experience in automotive or high-end retail sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets.Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments involving outside sales strategies and negotiation skills.Prior dealership experience is highly preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging diverse customer demographics.Excellent communication skills—public speaking experience is beneficial—and proficiency in CRM software tools.Knowledge of automotive industry standards including inventory control, retail math, upselling techniques, and outbound calling practices.
