Job DescriptionOversee internal pilot manufacturing operations for development, validation, and early production builds Drive predictable, highquality build execution with clear schedules and accountability Partner with Process Engineering to establish stable, repeatable manufacturing processes Ensure documentation, work instructions, and readiness criteria are complete before execution Support seamless transition from engineering into manufacturing during new product introduction Collaborate closely with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to maintain alignment and product integrity Build, mentor, and manage a team of manufacturing engineers, supervisors, and operators Provide transparent reporting on build performance, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Manager of Manufacturing should have:8+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations (medical device strongly preferred) Experience leading teams in regulated environments Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, documentation practices, and quality systems Proven ability to lead crossfunctional efforts with engineering, quality, and operations Strong operational leadership and problemsolving skills Experience with new product introduction (NPI) or pilot manufacturing Background in catheter or complex medical device manufacturing Familiarity with ISO 13485 or FDAregulated environments What's on OfferThe Senior Manager of Manufacturing will be offered:Compensation: Base salary target $175K + Performance Bonus Benefits: Healthcare, PTO, 401(k) with employer match Stock Options Contact Jack Donahue Quote job ref JN-032026-6980929
