Beth Israel Lahey Health - - Responsibilities: Greets patients and serves as a communication resource.; Obtains vitals, weight, blood pressure, pulse and temperature, performs EKGs, injections and/or phlebotomy, and assists providers.; Performs departmental screening, lab tests and specimen collection.; Assembles records and handles requests for patient information according to guidelines.; Ensures accuracy of patient records and documentation in EMR system.
