Prodapt is part of the 130-year-old business conglomerate The Jhaver Group, which employs over 30,000 people across 80+ locations globally.We are looking for a Mulesoft Solution Architect to join our team.ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding of typical CRM business processes, challenges faced by customers and common CRM objectivesAbility to understand requirements, analyse information, translate into effective business solutions, and communicate to stakeholdersAbility to drive projects to successful, on-time completion, and influence stakeholders and team membersProven team player that can work effectively across cross-functional teams and peersSelf-starter that can work equally well under her / his own initiative or as member of a project team.Very good written and verbal communication skillsProfessional Services or consulting experience in customer-facing environmentsSalesforce or another CRM platform experienceEnterprise-level Cloud or SaaS experienceAgile project methodology experienceRequirementsCertificationsSF Application ArchitectSF System ArchitectJob Description10+ years of Software / CRM experience that should include 5+ years in Salesforce CRM.Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math.Experience in working on large Salesforce engagements as Solution Architect / Technical ArchitectExtensive experience of implementing end to end CRM solution using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community CloudExperience in working on proposals, estimating scope of work and supporting pre-sales activitiesTransforming business requirement into Salesforce functional and technical requirementsExpertise in Lead Management process, Quote to Cash process, Case Management and Call Center processConducting customer workshop during project discovery, preparing end to end Solution design documents, and working with development team as per project requirementGather requirements, design, code, debug, analyse performance, package and deploy solutions to the client’s Salesforce.com organization.Collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish-client business needs and translate these into technical solutions.Experience of Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST APISalesforce certifications in architect and consulting track (Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc…) are preferredStrong communication skillExperience working on App Exchange productsSalesforce Marketing and Wave cloud experienceExperience in Agile and other project management methods10+ years of Software / CRM experience that should include 5+ years in Salesforce CRMSalesforce Certification in functional and technical areaExperience in application development and integration using different design patternsFunctional understanding of different cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, FSL etc…Ability to demonstrate critical, analytical thinking in all aspects of the job – technical and non-technical.Ability to be highly productive, both working independently and in close collaboration within a team environment.Ability to multi-process and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical, staff and managerial), and in a wide range of settings (e.g., one-on-one, small group, in person, conference calls and via e-mail).
