Automotive Technician / Mechanic opening!Rewards for Automotive Technician / Mechanic:Hourly pay based on experienceNot flat rate!No nights or weekends!No forced overtime!No upselling or overbilling!M-F flexible start and end times (Ex: 7-4 or 8-5)Full benefitsMatching 401(k)Responsibilities for Automotive Technician / Mechanic:Inspects, maintains, and repairs company vehicles and equipment.Diagnoses mechanical issues and performs repairs safely and efficiently.Conducts preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.Maintains accurate service, inspection, and repair records.Identifies and reports safety or mechanical concerns promptly.Assists with troubleshooting facility and operational equipment.Keeps tools, equipment, and work areas clean and safe.Follows all safety procedures and company guidelines.Coordinates repair priorities and parts needs with supervisors.Performs other assigned duties.Requirements:2+ years of automotive technician/mechanic experience.Must be at least 21 years old.High school diploma or equivalent required.Good set of tools (specialty tools provided).Knowledge of mechanical systems and repair techniques.Strong attention to detail and safety practices.Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and staff.Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.Able to prioritize tasks and handle urgent repairs.Works independently and as part of a team.Reliable, accountable, and professional.Physical Requirements for Automotive Technician / Mechanic:Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to work in indoor and outdoor operational environments.Ability to use tools and mechanical equipment safely.America's is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
