Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - HeadacheHourly Pay Range: $57.69 - $75.77 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient responsibilities Inpatient Location: NCH Hospital, 800 W Central Rd, Arlington Heights IL Outpatient Locations: 2180 N. Pfingsten, Glenview, IL 60026 and 1460 N Halsted, Chicago IL.
