Maintenance Technician - Industrial Bakery

Job Description Join the TeamWe're looking for skilled technicians to help maintain and optimize production at our new, state-of-the-manufacturing facility in Oak Creek, WI.If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems, this is an opportunity to join a growing company focused on innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment.Responsibilities include:• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed production and packaging equipment• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems• Diagnose issues with motors, pumps, gearboxes, VFDs, sensors, and safety systems• Work with PLC-controlled equipment (Allen Bradley / Siemens) to diagnose faults• Support equipment changeovers, setups, and adjustments with production teams• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and root cause analysis (RCFA)• Use CMMS/EAM systems to track maintenance work orders and documentation• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and equipment reliabilityQualificationsRequired• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems• Experience working with motors, pumps, gearboxes, VFDs, and industrial equipment• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics• Experience using CMMS / EAM maintenance systems• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams• High school diploma or GEDPreferred• Food manufacturing experience• Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field• Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and reliability practices• Bilingual English / SpanishCompany DescriptionLabor Solutions, LLC is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry throughout the Midwest area.
