Crisis Support Overnight Lead Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off 10:00pm-8:00am, Thursday-ThursdayCompensation: $22 per hour Monday-Friday/ $24 Saturday and Sunday In this roll you will be making a difference by: Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal caresAdministering medicationsCooking and houseworkProvide constant supervisionTransportation to appointments and community eventsTo be considered for this role you must: Experience working with individuals that have high behaviors. Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicleHold an acceptable driving recordPossess strong English communication skillsBe able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background checkPrevious experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is requiredAll full-time positions offer a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, Cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, etc.
