Video Producer/Content Creator

Video Producer/Content Creator General Function:Provide editing services for all video projects. Field produce and edit television shows and digital media projects. Edit a finished product to be distributed to multiple outlets including Outdoor Channel, Realtree 365, and YouTube. This position strives to meet corporate goals of quality, aesthetics, and the general presentation of the shows, and digital content.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:This position is responsible for producing and editing television and digital shows. Shows include but are not limited to Realtree Outdoors, Black Cloud, and Spring Thunder.Responsible for editing and finishing video content.Prepare video for digital media formats and social media.Provide assets for promotion including photography.Provide support footage and photography to reinforce the sales and marketing departments.Format and distribute shows to OTT outlets such as Outdoor America, WayPoint, and Field and Stream TVAssemble, prepare, and arrange equipment prior to filming, such as tripods, monitors, lights, cables, and headphones.Continue to maintain film methods and manage the repair of video equipment.Perform all other duties as assigned.Skills:Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.Knowledge of editing systems including but not limited to Adobe Premiere, and the Adobe Creative Cloud of programs.Superior organization skillsDesire to learn and advance.The ability to work well in a high energy, fast paced environment.An understanding/skill of Videography and PhotographyAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to “think outside the box.”An ability to meet strict deadlines.A working knowledge of proper lighting, audio, and camera techniquesBe willing to assist, if needed, in all areas of the departmentA good understanding of posting on social media platforms and YouTube.Education:High School Diploma or equivalent work experienceSkills:Team playerPositive attitudeStrong work ethicExcellent verbal and written communicationSelf-starter2 years Video Experience and Video Editing a plus.Some Video, Audio, Lighting, and Photography Skills and TechniquesGood understanding of Adobe Creative SuiteEquipment / Material:MAC OSX, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop ExperienceM.S.
