Resumes without a video submission will not be considered.All resume and video submissions will remain confidential.The OpportunityWe're launching a Waterloo Turf franchise in the Tampa Bay market and looking for an operator, not just a manager, to build and run it. Waterloo Turf is the fastest growing artificial turf franchise in the country with plans to become a national brand. This is a ground-floor opportunity to lead a high-growth installation business backed by a proven franchise system, strong consumer demand, and Florida-specific regulatory tailwinds driving turf adoption.Sales will be your primary activity. You'll also oversee estimating, crew coordination, project delivery, and P&L performance. In return, you'll earn a competitive base salary, uncapped commission on revenue you generate, and equity. That gives you real financial upside as you grow the business. We're looking for someone who will treat this business as their own, with ownership-level economics to match.What You'll DoSales & Business Development (Primary Focus)Manage and convert inbound leads generated by the franchisor's marketing engineConduct on-site consultations, measure properties, and prepare accurate estimatesBuild relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, contractors, and commercial clients across Tampa BayOwn the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contractOperations & Project DeliveryCoordinate and manage independent installation crews to deliver high-quality turf projects on time and on budgetOversee job scheduling, material procurement, and quality control across all active projectsEnsure every installation meets Waterloo Turf's brand standards and manufacturer specificationsManage subcontractor relationships as needed for grading, drainage, or specialty workP&L & Business ManagementManage the territory's day-to-day financial performance including revenue, margins, and job-level profitabilityTrack and manage job costs, labor efficiency, and overheadReport on KPIs and work collaboratively with ownership on growth strategy and resource allocationLeverage Waterloo Turf's systems, playbooks, and franchise support to scale efficientlyWho You Are3+ years of experience in a sales-driven role, GM position, or operations leadership in home services, construction, landscaping, or a related fieldProven closer. You are comfortable in front of customers, confident running consultative sales conversations, and motivated by hitting targetsFinancially literate with experience managing a P&L, job costing, and margin analysisOwnership mentality. You treat the business like it's yours, sweat the details, and hold yourself to a higher standard than anyone else wouldFamiliarity with the Tampa Bay market is a strong plusDetail-oriented and high-integrity. You don't cut corners, you don't game the system, and you take pride in doing things rightExperience in artificial turf, pavers, irrigation, or outdoor construction is a bonus but not required
