Senior Superintendent – High-End Commercial InteriorsNew York CityBase Salary: ~$200K + Benefits + BonusWe are currently representing a well-established NYC General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead high-end commercial interior construction projects across Manhattan.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected builder with a strong pipeline of premium corporate interiors, tenant fit-outs, hospitality, and luxury commercial projects.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing fast-paced interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, while maintaining exceptional standards for quality, safety, scheduling, and client coordination.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee all on-site construction activities for high-end commercial interior projects• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, inspections, and daily operations• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, ownership teams, architects, and consultants• Drive project schedules while maintaining high-quality finishes and workmanship• Ensure site safety and compliance with NYC DOB and OSHA regulations• Lead project meetings, inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities• Maintain strong communication across all project stakeholdersRequirements:• Significant Superintendent experience within the NYC interiors market• Experience delivering high-end commercial interior or corporate fit-out projects• Strong knowledge of scheduling, site coordination, and subcontractor management• Excellent communication and leadership skills• OSHA / SST certifications preferred• Stable project history with reputable GC or CM firms preferredCompensation:• Base salary up to approximately $200K depending on experience• Bonus + comprehensive benefits package• Strong pipeline of NYC projects and long-term growth opportunities
