Apply today!The RoleThe v10 Apex Onboarding & Adoption Specialist is responsible for delivering effective training and transition support to customers on the PBS v10 Apex Software. This role focuses on helping customers successfully deploy and adopt PBS v10 Apex within their dealership operations, ensuring users gain the knowledge, confidence, and engagement needed to incorporate the software into their daily workflows. Through virtual training sessions, the v10 Apex Onboarding & Adoption Specialist supports customers throughout implementation and beyond, with a focus on driving product adoption, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring customers retain and apply what they have learned long after implementation. The v10 Apex Onboarding & Adoption Specialist will develop a thorough understanding of all software modules, and support customers throughout the deployment and adoption process.This role will focus on the Accounting silo of our software.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport customers in improving operational efficiency and workflow consistency through effective use of PBS v10 ApexLearn and develop an understanding of all areas of the PBS v10 Apex software and the process for training customers on the PBS v10 Apex softwareAssist customers with the deployment, transition, and adoption of PBS v10 Apex, helping integrate the software into daily dealership operationsDeliver virtual training sessions to customers within assigned module(s) Drive product adoption by reinforcing best practices, encouraging engagement, and helping customers fully utilize PBS v10 Apex capabilitiesFollow up with customers post-training to support retention, adoption, and long-term success with the softwareIdentify gaps in customer usage or understanding and provide guidance to improve confidence, efficiency, and overall adoptionMaintain a positive relationship with customers, identifying customer needs and ensuring they are being metResponds to internal and external training requests in a timely mannerWrite up tickets and investigate issues that arise, escalate issues to corresponding teamsEnsure v10 Apex queue is monitoredMaintain documentation and update as processes change within departmentKnowledge sharing within own module and others within the v10 Apex teamTake the initiative to learn new products to increase knowledge Willingness to commit to an ongoing system of education and cross-trainingPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications1-2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, with a focus on accounting operationsStrong computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
