Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A contract opportunity is now available for a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students for the upcoming school year. In this position, you will collaborate with educators and families to deliver assessments, create individualized therapy plans, and help children reach their fullest potential.Qualifications:Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licenseBilingual proficiency (Spanish/English preferred)Previous experience in a K-12 school environment is an assetAbility to complete background checks and fingerprinting as part of the credentialing processStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComfort working with diverse student populations and adapting services as neededResponsibilities:Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to assigned caseloadDevelop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and familiesMonitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as necessaryConsult with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement effective intervention strategiesTravel between school sites (number of campuses and caseload to be determined)Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulationsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environmentAs a full-time contract professional, you'll follow the school calendar, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
