Bartender

Overview: We are seeking an experienced high volume Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Check identification to ensure legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Experience: - Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting - Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Familiarity with cash handling procedures - Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash transactions - Experience in banquet or event bartending is a plus - Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail If you are passionate about bartending and creating memorable experiences for guests, we encourage you to apply.
