This organization offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment where employees are encouraged to take initiative and contribute to process improvements.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced setting, values accuracy, and is comfortable working in an evolving environment.Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable SpecialistProcess high-volume invoices, including 3-way matching, data entry, and routing for approvalsInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries in collaboration with internal teamsSupport full-cycle AP functions, including payment runs, check printing, ACH, and wire processingAssist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal supportMaintain organized digital records and assist with document managementProvide general support to the finance team as neededPreferred Qualifications: Accounts Payable SpecialistStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while also collaborating with a teamEnjoys being part of a positive, team-oriented environment#INMAY2026
