Job Description Responsibilities:Perform TIG welding on various materials and thicknessesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work ordersPrepare materials (cutting, grinding, cleaning) prior to weldingInspect welds for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and safe work areaCollaborate with fabrication team to complete projects on scheduleRequirements:2+ years of TIG welding experience (preferred)Ability to weld stainless and aluminum is a mustStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipAbility to read blueprints and measurements accuratelyFamiliarity with shop tools (grinders, saws, etc.)Reliable and punctualPreferred Qualifications:AWS certification (a plus, not required)Experience in fabrication or modular constructionAbility to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
