Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a full time Psychiatrist at our Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX.Join us in providing exceptional care to the men and women who have served our country.Position Details:Location: Lackalnd AFB in San Antonio, TXSchedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30pmType of Role: On-site Outpatient setting- Direct Patient CareKey Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality psychiatric care to veterans.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient mental health needs.Outpatient setting6 to 8 direct patient care hours per dayShall be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric servicesProvide general psychiatric care to male and female adult Veterans which includes, but is not limited to, conducting diagnostic evaluations, psychiatric consultation, medication management, and individual psychotherapy.The psychiatrist provides assessment of serious and complicated cases involving psychiatric illness, catastrophic medical conditions, dementia and other high-risk diagnosesQualifications:Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and NeurologyUnrestricted State Medical License: Valid and in good standing in any U.S. state.DEA Certification: Current and unrestricted DEA license.BLS thru the AHA or American Red CrossExperience:Must have a minumum of 24 months of experience within the last 36 months as a board certified Psychiatrist.Commitment to Excellence: Strong dedication to serving the veteran population with compassion and professionalism.Why Join Us?Opportunity to serve those who served our country.Collaborative environment with dedicated healthcare professionals.Competitive compensation and meaningful work.Company Overview:At Spectrum, we utilize over thirty-five years of experience providing optimal solutions for federal agencies that are both innovative and cost-effective.
