*Packaging Associate – Cannabis Production* *Indulge Distribution* -Full-Time *Job Description* Indulge Distribution is a rapidly growing cannabis company looking for a *Packaging Associate* to join our production team. This role is responsible for packaging cannabis products including *joints, blunts, cartridges, flower, and other finished goods* while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment with *opportunities for advancement* as the company continues to grow. *Responsibilities* * Package cannabis products including pre-rolls, blunts, cartridges, and flower * Weigh, label, seal, and assemble products accurately * Follow all company SOPs and state compliance requirements * Maintain a clean and organized workstation * Meet daily production and packaging goals * Work collaboratively with the production team * Report any quality or compliance issues to management * Assist with other production tasks as needed *Qualifications* * Must be *21 years of age or older* * *Have a valid OLCC Workers Permit* * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment * Strong attention to detail * Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented * Willingness to learn and take direction * Production experience preferred but *not required* *Schedule & Pay* * 7AM-3:30 PM * [$17-$19 DOE] Review after 30 days * Overtime available depending on production needs *Why Work at Indulge Distribution* * Growing company with *room for advancement* * Consistent hours * Supportive, team-focused work environment * Opportunity to grow into lead, machine operator, or supervisory roles *Apply on Indeed* and join a team that values hard work, accountability, and growth.
