Job Title: ServerJob Description:A restaurant group in Uptown Dallas is seeking attentive and experienced Servers to provide exceptional service to guests. Restaurant experience is a MUST for this role.Duties and Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):- Take orders from guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials.- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns.- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.Qualifications:- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant.- Strong communication and customer service skills.- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.- High level of attention to detail and professionalism.- Restaurant industry experience is required.-Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience.- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
