Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

Coordinate with Pharmacists, Physicians, Insurance Companies and Patients to facilitate the filling of Specialty Drugs for patients. Procuring PA and patient financial assistance when required. Scheduling shipment or pick up on time and following up on refills when needed. Packing and shipping by UPS and using their software to track shipments for patients. Must have pharmacy Tech experience and/or worked in a Dr's office submitting medication PA's for patients. Strong computer skills is required. Must be able to multitask.
