The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a comprehensive Figma design system library, improving consistency and accessibility across all UI elements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a detailed Figma design system library from the existing UXpin StorybookTest all design elements can adhere to accessibility standards and best practicesMaintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational precision throughout the migration processCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with project goals.Requirements (non-negotiables): Proven experience in creating and managing design system librariesStrong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with UXpinExcellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailCommitment to accessibility and inclusive design.
