Warehouse OperatorLocation: Chino, CAEmployment Type: Full-Time / HourlyHourly Pay Range: $20.00 $23.00 per hourPosition OverviewAs our outbound volume continues to grow, an additional outbound operator will help support the daily execution of outbound operations by:Assisting the outbound supervisor with daily shipment planning and execution.Coordinating labor allocation and outbound capacity based on order volume.Monitoring order status and proactively following up on exceptions to ensure SLA compliance.Supporting communication and coordination across warehouse teams to improve operational efficiency.This additional role will strengthen day-to-day operational management, improve execution efficiency, and help maintain a high level of service as business continues to expand.What You'll DoOperationsPerform daily warehouse tasks including: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloadingOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) as certifiedFollow SOPs, WMS instructions, and client requirementsEnsure order accuracy and meet productivity targetsCoordinate with China-based merchant service teamFloor Support & LeadershipSupport team leads/supervisors in managing daily floor operationsAssist with: assigning tasks and work zones, training new hires and coaching associates on SOPs, monitoring workflow and flagging delays or issuesAct as point-of-contact when supervisors are off the floorQuality & SafetyEnsure compliance with safety rules and warehouse policiesIdentify and report safety risks, damaged goods, or process gapsMaintain cleanliness and organization (5S standards)Support cycle counts and inventory accuracyCommunication & ReportingCommunicate operational issues clearly to leadershipAssist with basic reporting (attendance, productivity, exceptions)Help ensure shift handoffs are accurate and completeAbout YouProficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)At JINGDONG Logistics, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
