You will receive paid training to become certified as an "Arch Support Specialist", which will allow you to play an Impactful Role in assessing our client's needs, educating clients on the benefits of proper arch support, and recommending suitable products.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and identify appropriate solutionsEducate clients on the benefits of proper arch supportRecommend tailored product solutions aligned with individual goals and lifestyle needsGuide clients through product fittings and selection to ensure optimal comfort and fitBuild long-term client relationships through follow-up communication and exceptional serviceSupport daily store operations, including light inventory management and maintaining store presentationConsistently meet or exceed monthly sales performance goalsWhy Join The Good Feet Store?
