We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Professional Development Associate to support nursing education, staff training, and professional development programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating programs, working behind the scenes, and making a real impact on clinical excellence and patient care. What You'll Do: Coordinate new hire nursing orientation programs, including scheduling, materials, and logistics Support staff training, continuing education, and compliance initiatives Assist with Nurse Residency Programs, student placements, and clinical experiences Manage education program logistics (room setup, attendance tracking, evaluations) Maintain records and documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS) Support American Heart Association (AHA) training programs (BLS, ACLS, HeartCode) Collaborate with educators to support interprofessional learning and development programs Assist with accreditation requirements and reporting (ANCC, ANA) Provide administrative support, including handling emails, calls, and departmental coordination What We're Looking For: High school diploma required; associate degree preferred 2+ years of administrative, office management, or healthcare support experience preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage confidential information and work independently Why Join Us?
