PHARMACIST

Under supervision of the DON, has line and functional responsibility for pharmaceutical management. Responsibilities shall include, but not necessarily limited to: the direct supervision of the functions and activities in the Pharmacy Department; interpreting policies, standards, and regulations of the hospital and pharmacy to personnel, patients, medical staff, and public; evaluation and provision of opportunities for development of staff; and responsibility for patient care. The responsibilities shall be discharged in such a manner as to promote quality care and conform to institutional and retail pharmacy statutes.Education RequirementsBachelor’s Degree of Science in Pharmacy, or Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Registered Pharmacist in the State of WyomingExperience in institutional practice highly desirable. Analytical, interpretive skillsAbility to prioritize multiple details simultaneously and troubleshoot problems. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must have basic computer skills. Must possess excellent customer service skills
