We invite you to explore the current opportunities available at CSAT Solutions.We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Material Handler.Role and ResponsibilitiesReceives and/or ships materials to include packaging, labeling and stagingVerifies quantities of incoming and outgoing materialsLoads and unloads materialGathers parts/product/materials for issue or distribution to shipping or other cross-functional departmentsCompletes necessary paperwork accuratelyPerforms housekeeping duties; such as cleaning, sweeping and organizing materials to maintain a safe working environmentAssists with the transaction of materials in shop floor systemResponsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their departmentMay conduct visual mechanical inspection to identify cosmetic issuesMay use isopropyl alcohol or similar substances to clean productsMay perform some data entry and filingMay perform other duties as assignedEducation, Training and SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAt least 2 years of experience in material handling preferredAble to utilize manual moving equipment including; pallet jacks, carts, etc.Basic familiarity with computer use requiredFamiliarity with continuous improvement methods preferredMust be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with close supervisionIntermediate English abilities requiredAbility to follow documented procedures, standards and policiesExcellent time-management skillsWorking Conditions And Essential Abilities & FunctionsWarehouse environment (may not be climate controlled)Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.Push/pull up to 50 lbs.Stand/walk for 8 hoursFrequent bending, stooping, twisting, and crouchingCSAT Solutions LP is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age or other legally protected status
