Job Tittle : SAP CRM Functional ConsultantLocation : Santa, Clara, CA (Onsite) JD :Key Responsibilities:Process Design & ConfigurationLead the design and base customization of Opportunity Management, Quote Management, and Sales Order Management.Web UI & Functional SetupConfigure CRM WebClient UI, Business Roles, Navigation Bar Profiles, and Action Profiles.ECC Integration & MiddlewareManage and troubleshoot CRM-ECC Middleware, including RFC connections, data replication (Business Partners, Material Master), and BDoc error handling.Requirement EngineeringConduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for custom ABAP developments.Testing & SupportLead end-to-end testing cycles (Unit, Integration, and UAT) and provide post-go-live production support for critical sales transactions.
