In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers and designers, supporting a variety of projects from early design through construction. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop your technical and professional skills.ResponsibilitiesAssist with structural analysis and design calculations under the guidance of senior engineersSupport the preparation of construction documents, drawings, and specificationsWork collaboratively with internal teams, architects, and other disciplinesLearn to interpret drawings, codes, and project requirementsAssist with field observations and coordination during construction phasesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to project discussionsSupport quality control efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency of workContinue developing technical knowledge through training and on-the-job experienceQualifications And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis preferred)0–2 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops are a plus)Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification or working toward it preferredBasic understanding of structural design principles and building codesFamiliarity with design software such as Revit (preferred but not required)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeYou Will Be a Great Fit If YouAre eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environmentHave strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsCommunicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)Are organized and able to manage multiple tasks with guidanceDemonstrate professionalism and a positive, team-oriented attitudeAre adaptable and open to feedbackLocation: Bloomfield, CTTravel: Up to 10%Compensation & BenefitsThe expected base salary range for this role is $78,000 - $78,000 USD per year.
