IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager Apply Online Tyler Technologies is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Portfolio and Program Management Team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of cross-functional IT initiatives that support financial systems, enterprise applications, and business process modernization. This role is responsible for endtoend project execution-planning, coordination, risk management, and delivery-working closely Finance, Accounting, IT, Security, Audit, and additional business partners, as well as external vendors. Location Yarmouth, Maine | Plano, Texas Travel 0-5% Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, including SaaS implementations, system integrations, and business process modernizationDevelop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategiesEstimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goalsFacilitate cross-functional working sessions, status meetings, and decision forumsCoordinate governance, audit, and compliance documentation.Track actions, decisions, and risks for transparency.Support change management via communication, training, and user readiness. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT project management delivering complex, cross-functional initiativesExperience managing projects across the full delivery lifecycleExperience with ERP platforms, SaaS applications, and system integrationsFamiliarity with audit- or control-driven environmentsExperience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environmentsEffective team player with strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experienceProject management certification preferred Great Place to Work & Grow Your CareerCome join us as we transform the public sector!
