This is an opportunity to join a growing organization focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, offering a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.What's in it For You:Access to best-in-class resources, tools, technology, and continuous learning opportunitiesThrive in a company that values a strong safety culture, including top-tier safety training and personal protective equipmentPride in working for a company that supports clean water, safe food, abundant energy, and healthy environmentsOpportunity to build skills across warehouse, inventory, and production operationsComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company matching and moreWhat You Will Do:Exhibit safe work habits and comply with all company safety regulations and guidelinesAssist with material movement throughout warehouse and manufacturing areasPerform shipping and receiving activities for order fulfillment and inventory replenishmentLoad and unload containerized and bulk materials from transport trucks, including sampling and required approvalsStage drums, totes, and materials for production and shipmentOperate forklifts and RF scanning devices to move, track, and store materialsConduct daily forklift inspections and ensure safe operation of equipmentMaintain accurate inventory control, labeling of goods, and sample managementSupport quality improvement processes and participate in team-based initiativesApply spill containment and cleanup procedures when requiredEnsure vendors and contractors adhere to plant safety policiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environmentUnderstand key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to team performance goalsParticipate in safety meetings, planning committees, and team functionsLearn and apply Continuous Improvement (CI) principles in daily tasksPerform additional duties as assignedPosition Details:Work Environment: On-site, supporting warehouse and manufacturing operationsAbility to work various shifts as requiredRole is safety-sensitiveMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED6 months of relevant experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environmentAbility to operate a forklift or willingness to become certifiedAbility to operate handheld or mounted computer devices (RF scanners, etc.)Must be able to speak, read, and write EnglishWillingness to wear required PPE, including respirators and fall protectionImmigration sponsorship not offered for this rolePhysical Demands:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, squat, reach overhead, and perform physical tasksAbility to climb stairs and laddersRole may be subject to employer or customer drug testingPreferred Qualifications:1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environmentForklift certificationExperience with SAP or similar inventory management systemsFamiliarity with Continuous Improvement or Lean principlesStrong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environmentAbout UsChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
