You will be trained to operate various types of equipment, perform maintenance, and assist in production. Whether you're cleaning up the site, supporting the crew, or learning to operate loaders and bobcats, you'll be at the heart of our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow instructions from the Foreperson or Supervisor to complete daily tasksShovel and rake materials regularly; assist truck drivers with loading and dumpingOperate diverse equipment, including power brooms, plate compactors, wheelbarrows, pipe saws, pumps, generators, jack hammers, and vibratory rollersSupport maintenance and repair of plant equipmentConduct pre-shift safety inspections on all equipmentHelp clean and maintain areas in and around the plant and quarryOperate bobcat and loader to move and stockpile materials as neededAlways maintain a clean and safe work environmentDemonstrate regular and reliable attendanceAdhere to all state and federal safety regulations (DOT, OSHA, MSHA, and others)Take on other duties as assigned to support plant operationsWho We're Looking ForWe seek motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
