The Receptionist/ Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting.What You'll Be Able To DoGreet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and emailsMaintain the front desk and common areas to ensure they are organized and presentableSchedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookingsHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesProvide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, copying, and document preparationMaintain office supplies and place orders when necessaryAssist with processing insurance requests and providing status updates as neededCommunicate with internal staff regarding insurance requests when necessaryAssist with onboarding and other HR-related administrative tasks as neededCoordinate with other departments to support daily office operationsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationOther duties as assigned.The Minimum Requirements We SeekHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or front desk experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid NYS driver’s license requiredWhat You’ll Receive In ReturnA compensation range of $18-20 per hourMedical, dental, vision insurance.401K with company match.PTO plus paid holidays.Unlimited opportunities to advance your career.Actual compensation may vary based on work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
