Your work will directly support the sales engine by ensuring our team has a steady flow of clean, qualified opportunities.This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with outbound outreach, thrives in a structured environment, and wants a clear path into a future Junior Sales Representative position.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound ProspectingIdentify and prospect new residential building and renovation companiesSource new companies not already in the CRMConduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers using approved scriptsQualify and add new Marketing Qualified Records (MQRs) into the CRMEnsure all leads meet APB's target market and data quality standardsLead QualificationTo count as a qualified record, each new MQR must meet all required criteria:Operates in new homes or renovationsHas an active websiteIs new to the CRMIncludes a direct work email addressNo generic inboxes such as info@, admin@, or sales@Is not sourced via connected accountsMeets APB's qualification and data quality standardsEvent-Based Calling CampaignsExecute outbound calling campaigns to support APB eventsDrive qualified registrations for webinars, workshops, and other eventsFollow campaign timelines, scripts, and outreach processesSupport priority event campaigns as part of core role expectationsCRM & Process DisciplineMaintain clean, accurate, and timely CRM recordsFollow all calling, compliance, and system usage guidelinesUse company tools, reporting systems, and workflows consistentlyWork from approved scripts, lists, and campaign briefs provided by APBPerformance ExpectationsThis Is An Output-driven Role With Clear ExpectationsContact 1,500 companies per monthAdd 150 new qualified MQRs per monthMaintain accurate and reliable CRM dataFollow all outreach, compliance, and reporting standardsConsistency matters more than occasional big weeks.
