The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Pega applications and a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. This role involves leading the design and implementation of Pega solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture and design of Pega applications, ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Oversee the development and implementation of Pega solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project timelines.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Pega best practices and methodologies.Conduct impact analysis for changes in business processes and recommend appropriate solutions.Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to drive consensus on requirements and design decisions.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.Technical Skills:Extensive experience with Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and related technologies.Strong understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) principles and methodologies.Proficiency in Pega tools such as Pega Decisioning, Pega Marketing, or Pega Customer Service.Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP) and data modeling concepts.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega development and architecture roles.Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
