This role focuses on defining high‑value Edge AI use cases, recruiting best‑fit ISVs, and partnering cross‑functionally to deliver validated, market‑ready solutions across key verticals.What You’ll DoDefine and prioritize enterprise Edge AI use cases across Smart Cities, Industrial, Retail, Robotics, and AutomotiveIdentify, recruit, and onboard high‑impact ISVs globallyBuild a scalable, use‑case‑driven ISV ecosystem aligned to Ambarella’s Edge AI platformsPartner with Solutions, GTM, and Sales teams to enable solution validation and deploymentContinuously assess ecosystem gaps and drive demand‑driven growthWhy This RoleEnterprise AI is moving rapidly from the cloud to the edge—and Ambarella is at the center of that shift. If you’re motivated by building ecosystems—not just partnerships—this role offers the scope and influence to help define what’s next in Edge AI.What You Bring12–18+ years in partner development, ecosystem, or business development rolesExperience with AI/ML, Edge AI, SaaS, or enterprise software platformsProven success recruiting and scaling ISV ecosystemsStrong executive communication and cross‑functional leadership skillsSuccess Metrics (First 12–18 Months)Build a pipeline of 100+ targeted ISVs aligned to priority verticalsRecruit 20–30 high‑quality ISVs delivering differentiated Edge AI solutionsEnable 10–15 ISVs through solution validation with Partner Solutions teamsDeliver 2–3 ISV‑led solutions per priority vertical ready for GTMThe base range is $265,000-$300,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
