Machine Operator

Machine Operator This employee is responsible for machine adjustments and is able to troubleshoot the problem before the maintenance team is called. The optimal candidate will need to have at least 2 years of experience working on a packaging machine within a food manufacturing facility or comparable environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor packaging machines for sweetener products Set up equipment and assist with product changeovers Perform routine quality checks (weights, seals, packaging integrity) Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues Maintain production efficiency and safety standards Complete required production documentation Follow GMP, SQF, and company safety procedures Lead a team Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to use tools Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift to 50 lbs Willingness to work overtime as needed Available Monday Friday, 5 am-7 PM if needed.
