BHT/RADT/RAC MED TECH PM SWING SHIFT SUNDAY-THURSDAY

Shift is 2:45 PM-11:15 PM SUNDAY-THURSDAY. MUST have at least 1 year of relevant experience & at least 1 year of sobriety (if in recovery) MUST be able to pass background/drug testing. ONBOARDING TAKES MINIMUM 2-WEEKS but we will attempt to speed up process for faster start date. MUST have experience giving out medications. MUST be RADT or RAC certified. (will assist if needed.) MUST RUN GROUPS AND WRITE GROUP NOTES; COMPUTER LITERACY IS REQUIRED KIPU experience is a plus but not required Works in a safety-conscious manner which ensures safe work practices are used in order not to pose a risk to self or others in the workplace. Complies with company policies and procedures, local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct 15 or 30 minute headcounts on the patients Share pertinent information with treatment team as obtained from client, client’s family members, or significant others. Provide pertinent patient information based on evaluation, and group and individual interactions, to assist in the patient treatment process. Effective time management. Attend staff meetings/trainings Document client progress/regression according to established policies and procedures. Continue with educational courses and in-services training, per policies and procedures. Respond effectively to changing situations in the work setting. Work as a team member, demonstrating maturity under stress and objectivity. Demonstrate good communication skills. Perform work duties in a professional manner. Report abuse of patients’ rights immediately. Participate in obtaining the patient’s informed consent for procedures, treatments, and research, as appropriate. Participate in Performance Improvement monitoring and evaluating activities. Act decisively and effectively in managing staff, patients, and other employees during emergency situation. Light cleaning Perform other capacities as needed. Salary is based on experience. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE WALKING & GOING UP/DOWN STAIRS MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY.
