Your primary objective is to identify, engage, and secure high-value contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan to expand market share within your regions.Client Acquisition: Proactively identify new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial cold contact to final contract negotiation.Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including procurement leads and care home managers.Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to position our services as the premier choice in healthcare staffing.Remote Collaboration: Work independently while maintaining strong communication lines with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure service delivery matches sales promises.RequirementsSector Expertise: Healthcare recruitment experience is essential.
