Production Assembler - 2 Needed

Job DescriptionA manufacturing company is seeking Production Assemblers for full-time positions. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. with weekend overtime when needed.Responsibilities:Read and comprehend manufacturing product specification sheets and follow established proceduresCollect and prepare all material for assembly processSet-up equipment and tools needed for assembly processTake precise measurements to ensure accuracy of componentsSelect or modify components according to measurements and specificationsCompete testing of all product output to ensure highest qualityMaintain equipment in good conditionReport issues malfunctions, or defective partsJob RequirementsQualifications:Must have a High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferredMust have experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing environmentPrevious experience with electrical soldering, crimping, heat shrink, wire process stripping, wire making, and cable housings is preferredMust have technical knowledge and the ability to read and understand complex procedures, schematics, and directionsMust be able to work with a team and also individuallyMust have the ability to maintain required level of productivity and accuracyMust be comfortable performing very repetitive work, sitting most of your shift, and must be able to verify colorsMust have a solid work history and able to work weekend overtimeOnly candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
