Manager-IT Infrastructure

The Manager-IT Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing four data centers across multiple geographical locations, with a focus on maximizing performance, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining exceptional uptime for our physical and virtual server environments. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of network and storage engineers within a multinational corporation, ensuring our critical systems are always prepared and resilient.Location: Camden, NJPrimary ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the day-to-day operations of four data centers, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.Lead a team of experienced network and storage engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Implement and enforce IT infrastructure policies and procedures across all data centers.Continuously monitor infrastructure performance, identify resource bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.Analyze trends in data center resource utilization and proactively plan for future capacity needs.Oversee disaster recovery planning and execution, including regular testing of backup and data replication systems.Collaborate with IT Security teams to ensure the highest level of data security and regulatory compliance within the data centers, including ISO-27001, NNPI and CMMC.Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the data centers, including automation and infrastructure lifecycle management in accordance with Asset Management Procedures.Prepare and manage data center budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.RequirementsBachelor's degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of success in a data center environment.In-depth knowledge of data center operations, including physical and virtual server infrastructure, storage area networks (SANs), and network protocols.Strong understanding of disaster recovery planning, data backup, and replication best practices.Experience leading and managing a team of IT professionals.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Proficient in data center monitoring tools and infrastructure management software.A Generation Ahead by Design™Investing in people who power the future.CompensationWe believe great work deserves great rewards.
