AWS Cloud Development Software Engineer

We support the Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities by developing ground-breaking applications that combine signal processing and image processing with artificial intelligence/machine learning capabilities.If you join us, you'll combine Cloud engineering and software engineering skills to work with a team tasked to design, develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Here's what you'll need to know for the role.Responsibilities: Manage cleared Cloud deployments using C2SWork with a team to manage existing AWS infrastructure in GovCloudUtilize your DevOps skills to maintain and support software engineering effortsEmploy your software engineering skills to design and develop CloudFormation templates for reusabilityReach across cleared and uncleared environments to develop compatible infrastructureRequired Attributes: United States Citizenship - this position requires an active US government issued Top Secret/SCI security clearance for which you must be a US Citizen to obtainAn active Top Secret/SCI security clearanceExperience with Cloud deployments in a cleared environmentExperience with DevOps best practicesContainerization experiencePrior support of CI/CD developmentExperience with developing CloudFormation templatesExtensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)Very nice to have: Backend software engineering expertise to understand developers' needs and the ability to write code to facilitate complicated infrastructure tasksKubernetes experienceClearance Required: Top Secret/SCI
