We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.LocationIrving, TX, Charlotte, NCKey ResponsibilitiesAgentic AI Development:Design and develop LLM-based AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and task executionBuild and manage multi-agent orchestration workflowsEnable agents to interact with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, tools)Java & Backend Engineering:Develop scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and MicroservicesBuild REST APIs to support AI-driven workflows and integrationsEnsure performance, scalability, and maintainability of servicesGCP & GenAI Implementation:Develop AI solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Pub/SubWork with Vertex AI Agent Builder and Google ADK for agent developmentLLM, RAG & Context Engineering:Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelinesBuild context-aware systems using vector search and embeddingsOptimize prompts and workflows for performance and costMLOps & Deployment:Deploy and monitor AI models and agents in productionImplement CI/CD pipelines, logging, and observabilityEnsure reliability, safety, and guardrails for AI systemsRequired Skills And QualificationsExperience:3-7 years of software development experienceStrong hands-on experience in Python2 years experience building and deploying real-world agents in a production environmentStrong hands-on experience in Java backend development (4 years exp)Hands-on experience in developing AI/ML or Generative AI projectsCore Technical Skills:Hands-on experience on Google ADK, MCP servers, agent to agent communication, agent orchestrationJava (4+ years), Spring Boot, MicroservicesREST APIs and distributed systems designHands-on experience on Python, LLMs, GenAI, and agent-based systemsHands-on experience with GCP services (Vertex AI preferred)Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
