Whether you are just starting out or looking to switch fields, we provide the path to a long-term career in restoration.Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):Pack and Protect: Carefully wrap, box, and move household items (furniture, heirlooms, clothes) from homes damaged by water, fire, or mold.Inventory Control: Use our digital systems to document every item so the homeowner knows their belongings are safe and accounted for.Loading & Transport: Safely load the pack-out van and transport items to our cleaning facility.Customer Service: Be the face of the company on-sitepolite, empathetic, and helpful to people in a crisis.Warehouse Support: Help unload and organize the facility to keep the workflow movingTeam Qualifications (Requirements):Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitudeValid driver's license with a clean recordHave the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if neededAbility to lift 75 LBS frequentlyDesire to continually learn new thingsTeam Compensation and Benefits:Hourly pay: $18.00 to $22.00/hour based on experienceMonthly cross-training opportunities to advance your careerPaid trainingHealth, dental and vision insuranceBonus program for performanceGreat culture and team dynamicReady to get started?
