This role involves performing a wide range of MRI procedures including cardiac, neuro, musculoskeletal, and vascular imaging for adult and pediatric populations. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality MRI scans, including cardiac imaging (required) Work with advanced MRI systems (Philips & Siemens) Prepare and administer contrast media Operate PACS and ensure accurate documentation (Epic preferred) Handle diverse patient populations including inpatient, outpatient, ED, and critical care Support patients requiring anesthesia, ventilators, or with conditional implants Participate in rotating on-call and holiday coverage Requirements Requirements ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT Certification (required) Minimum 1 year MRI experience (at least 6 months if ARMRIT certified) Cardiac MRI experience REQUIRED BLS Certification Experience with PACS and contrast administration Ability to start IVs (preferred) Preferred Experience Trauma Level I or II experience Community hospital experience Epic charting system Advanced MRI procedures (MRA, MRV, cardiac MR, etc.) Benefits Work Environment Short-Term Acute Care Hospital (431 beds) Level II Trauma Center & Primary Stroke Center MRI Department accredited by the American College of Radiology Technology: Philips Ingenia Ambition 1.5T & Siemens Sola 1.5T Systems: Sectra PACS, Epic Radiant EMR Additional Details Daily caseload: 10–15 patients First-time travelers accepted Local candidates accepted Rotating weekend call required Up to 8 hours of pre-start modules (non-billable) Why Apply?
